1. Ticket Sales & Transfers
All ticket sales are strictly Non-refundable. We will not refund any tickets, no matter what the circumstances are, but tickets can be transferred to someone else up to 14 days before the event at no cost. Please contact

Any gifts given by the conference organisers or sponsors at the event will not be available to ticket holders who have not attended.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell a ticket to anyone.
2. Cancellation of Event
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not accept liability. Although we do not offer refunds, we will offer alternatives appropriate to the situation.
3. Schedule
The advertised schedule is subject to change.
4. Property
La Bella Vita accepts no liability for loss or damage to property brought to the event. You remain responsible for your own possessions.
5. Right of Admission
Each ticket admits one person.
You are not required to bring a physical ticket; the organisers hold a guest list.
Ticket holders are not permitted to bring friends or family to the event unless they hold a valid ticket.
La Bella Vita is for ages 16 plus. Babes in arms are welcome however we are unable to admit any children and my not have the necessary facilities for a baby.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove any ticket holder should the need arise.
Any person or persons found to be harassing La Bella Vita attendees or event staff will be asked to leave and not permitted to return.
La Bella Vita can refuse ticket sales to individuals without any explanation needed. On these occasions there will be no discussion entered into by the organisers or staff and the decision will not be overturned. In the event that harassment of the La Bella Vita team or defamation of the brand or conference occurs, the La Bella Vita organisers reserve the right to seek legal action against the offender.
6. Film & Photography
The organisers and brands in attendance will film and photograph the event.
These materials will be used online and offline to promote La Bella Vita and to advertise future events and for any use by the brands.
Photographs and videos will be shared online for use of brands and attendees. Please ask permission from the photographer/videographer before using any material not used by La Bella Vita social media or website.
By attending the event you agree to appear in such films and photographs.
